Filmstro for iPhone When I started working with Filmstro they had an existing professional product on Windows and MacOS. In October 2016 I helped them to bring their dynamic soundtrack creation studio to iPhone. Their new iPhone app allows users to pick a video from their phone and add a soundtrack to it. However, the soundtracks are not just static pieces of music but can be altered throughout the video to fit the mood.
Medibuddy Medibuddy is a medical education website which aims to make life easier for junior doctors applying for their training posts. It features a range of professionally written question banks to help junior doctors prepare for interviews. The team approached me to release a mobile app version of their existing website. It needed to provide access to the same question banks in a format that is quick to pick up and can be used while on-the-go.
Pose.Party Pose.Party is a fun game for virtual events and groups of friends to play together in real-time remotely. They first join a video call with a host, who will guide them through the game. After opening a link on their phone and entering their name, they are shown a prompt such as "Peace" and will have 30 seconds to pull the best pose they can. At the end of the round each player scores everyone else with a simple swipe left or right.
Qubist for iPhone & Android Qubist is the UK's number one influencer & advocate marketing solution. Based in Brighton, they contacted me to bring their existing web application experience to Android & iPhone. Qubist works by allowing brands to invite their employees or customers into their white labelled portal and turn them into the brand's vocal influencers by sharing content directly with their social media network. React Native The app needed to work across the Android & iPhone platforms and be easily white labelled for each brand.
Rnwl Rnwl gives users everything they need to manage their insurance right at their fingertips when they need it. It is beginning with car insurance, but in the future will expand to other types of insurance. The team approached me to set up the foundations for their mobile app. I decided to use Expo as it provided a lot of the functionality they required and allowed their team of Windows and Linux developers to be able to easily work on the app.
